- About Us

Building Business Value Through Secure, Strategic IT

At PCS International, we believe technology should move your business forward, not hold it back. For nearly 40 years, we’ve helped small and mid-sized organizations align their IT with their business goals, building secure, stable, and scalable systems that create measurable value.

We’ve always believed good IT means being a good steward of our clients’ budgets. Every recommendation we make is intentional and focused on protecting what you’ve built, avoiding waste, and helping you invest where it actually moves your business forward.

As a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), we embed protection, process, and accountability into everything we deliver, keeping you secure while helping you plan and grow confidently.

- Our Story

Founded in 1986, PCS started as a local IT support company in Chicago. Over the years, we’ve grown with our clients, expanding into Milwaukee, DFW, Washington DC, Virginia, and more. All while staying true to one principle. Your success drives ours.

Today, we serve clients nationwide in 20 states with a 33-person team that blends enterprise-level discipline with small-business responsiveness. Many of our clients have been with us for over a decade because we care as much about their goals, budgets, and uptime as they do.

- Our Philosophy

We measure success by how well your technology supports your business. That’s why we:

  • Start with business outcomes, not buzzwords or vendor tools.
  • Build security into every service as a baseline, not an add-on.
  • Create predictable, scalable plans that respect your budget and fuel growth.
  • Partner for the long term, not just the next contract.

When you work with PCS, you’re not just outsourcing IT. You’re gaining a strategic partner who owns the results with you.

- Our Core Values

Dedication

We don’t back down from tough problems. You can always count on us to follow through and make sure the job gets done right.

Experience

Our diverse team has seen it all, and we keep learning. Every challenge makes us sharper.

Reliable Support

We’re known for being responsive and human. You’ll always know who to call and what’s happening.

Business-First Thinking

Everything we do ties back to your business goals and your budget. That’s how IT creates real value.

- Meet the PCS Team

Behind every secure system is a group of people who care deeply about doing things right.

Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience across IT strategy, security, and operations.

We’re small enough to know you by name, yet large enough to deliver enterprise-level results.

Your systems should deliver performance, predictability, and peace of mind. Let’s identify where secure, strategic IT can strengthen your operations and protect your bottom line.

Ron has a BS in Computer Science, an MBA, and a Masters in Project Management. His technical certifications are too many to count over 30+ years, but they include MCSE, CSSA, CISSP, CISM, Network+, CWP, CNS, and many more. He’s definitely in his element here at PCS.

Ron enjoys keeping busy. Whether it is throwing axes, doing triathlons (100 and counting), cycling, swimming competitively, flying airplanes, helping the Boy Scouts build leaders of tomorrow, traveling the world, or eating weird foods. He’s a voracious learner with the personal credo of "Never Stop Learning." He enjoys looking into his crystal ball for clients to help them grow their businesses.

Jessica

Jessica

Accounting Supervisor

Jessica has a BS in accounting and BS in business management. She loves to learn about pretty much anything and everything and looks forward to growing more in the field of accounting. She has worked in accounting since 2008 in a variety of industries and has worn many hats in all of her positions including processing payroll and accounts receivable. Her favorite "hat", though, is her catchers helmet :). Jessica played softball for 15 years even through all four years of college. She still loves softball but her knees are mad at her from all those years of being a catcher. Though she doesn't play very much anymore, she loves to watch softball on TV and give the players and coaches some loud, unsolicited pointers. She also helps coach a high school team so they may actually listen to the pointers, but they are teenagers so maybe not.

When she is not working at PCS or coaching, she spends time with her wife (Kathy), cat (Levi), and dog (Skye)! She and her wife like to play board games, cook, and paint. Even though she and her wife pay the rent, everyone knows the cat and dog rule the roost. With all of this going on in her life she still finds time to enthusiastically organize around the house.
